Hello, fellow tinkerer 👋 - Happy Friday. It's the tail-end of a holiday week here in the U.S. I took the week off from client work and did some traveling with my fam. Taking part of next week off also. No matter if you work for an employer or work for yourself, I highly recommend giving yourself at least one "recovery day" to get caught up on life stuff before resuming work. This week, I have something a bit different for the newsletter. I started writing down a bunch of tips for travel / summer and couldn't narrow it down into my regular newsletter format! So rather than save the ideas for future issues, I'm giving you the whole list. Enjoy!
That's it for this issue of Tinkering! See you again in two weeks. Anna Want more ideas?→ I talk about repurposing my LinkedIn posts to Threads in this video. → A few more things to read and listen to in this list. That's it for this issue of Tinkering! See you again in two weeks. Cheers, PS: If you like this newsletter and want to support it, here's what you can do! 1) Forward this newsletter to a friend. Sharing is caring. This newsletter may contain affiliate links, which means if you sign up, subscribe, buy, whatever, I earn a small amount. |

Thank you to everyone who has sent me messages. I've read them all, even if I haven't replied (I get tired very easily, so I spend very little of my day at the...
Hello, fellow tinkerer 👋 This is the first in a series of newsletter takeovers while I recover from brain surgery. First up is Liam Carnahan. I attended a webinar Liam hosted a few months ago and then he attended one of mine. I was supposed to host a workshop for his community but then, brain tumor. I was thrilled that Liam reached out and offered to write something for my newsletter. Some quick facts about Liam: He's the co-host of FLX: Freelance Success, a community for freelancers. He's an...
